HOW TO CREATE YOUR oocia user account, via direct email

Hello and thank you for taking the initial steps in receiving access to the OOCIA Member’s Only Section of the OOCIA Website.

There are two ways to create a log in account into the Member's Only section of the OOCIA website. The traditional way through the website (as shown in Steps 1-5 below)

OR the fastest way as stated here....

In order to create a user account to access the member's only section of the website, just send an email to Webmaster@OOCIA.org with the following information enclosed in the email:

A. Full Name of owner:

(As shown on the deed of record)

B. Your Crest Account number:
(listed on the Annual Dues Notice, or by looking it up on the Crest website)

Once this information is verified through the Board’s access on the Crest Site, you will be notified by email to follow these easy steps:

1. Go to any page on the site and look for the little blue human in the upper right corner of the page and click on it. (From your phone, select the menu -3 horizontal lines on the upper left of your screen- scroll to the bottom)

2. A log in screen will appear. Click on "reset password".

3. Input the email address you used when sending in the above information and click "Send reset link" and wait for the email to come that will grant you the ability to set your password.

4. Click on "Create a password" in the email and it will send you back to the site to set your password. (no one will see your password but you or who you choose to share it with)

Of course, all other areas of the website are always open to you, as well as the general public, without logging in. Poke around, as there is always new information being constantly added.

STEP 1:

Click on the little

head and shoulder person

in the upper right hand area

of the home screen, then click on "Create Account".

(From your phone, select the menu -3 horizontal lines on the upper left of your screen- scroll to the bottom)

Fill in the information in the blank areas (First Name, Last Name, email)

Phone is optional

Click on the "Create Account" button

This message will pop on your screen. Please look for an email from:

"Olde Oaks & Waterford Park HOA"

with the subject line:

"Activate your account for Olde Oaks & Waterford Park HOA"

Do not click on 'activate account'.

Forward this email and be sure to include the following information as shown on the next slide -->

You will need to confirm that you are an HOA member of OOCIA, by

forwarding the email with the following information included:

1. Full Name of owner:

(As shown on the deed of record)

2. Your Crest Account number:
(listed on the Annual Dues Notice, or by looking it up on the Crest website)

You will then receive this final email stating you will need to create a password to log into the OOCIA Member’s Only area of the website.

Click on "Create a Password"

On this next screen, you will need to input your own personal and private password to complete the process.

VOILA!

REMEMBER TO WRITE DOWN YOUR LOG IN INFORMATION SOMEWHERE.

It will be the email you signed up with, and the password you just now created. You will need this information for the next time you come to the site.

When you return to the site to log in, you will need to click on the little blue person in the upper right corner of the page (From your phone, select the menu -3 horizontal lines on the upper left of your screen- scroll to the bottom) and log in with the credentials you just created.
